CashU

Since 2002 the CashU payment system has belonged to a popular Arab company — Maktoob. CashU is an absolute leader in the Middle East and North Africa by the number of transactions without using of credit cards or bank accounts.
The system is mainly used to pay for online games, VoIP technology, telecommunications, IT-services and Forex trading.
With CashU:
  • you do not need a credit/ debit card or a bank account;
  • you can easily pay for goods and online services;
  • you are not obliged to give any personal details or disclose your financial status;
  • you minimize the risks making online transactions.
CashU allows you to make payments using any currency but the account will always show your funds in US dollars. CashU is available now for the Middle East and CIS.

1. How to deposit funds via CashU

Please take the following steps to increase the balance of your eWallet or trading accounts via the CashU payment system:

  1. Login to My FXOpen area.


  2. Click Add funds →CashU in the main menu.



  3. Fill in the form below:
    1. choose your account (eWallet number or Trading account) in the drop-down list;
    2. choose the currency wallet (by now only USD is available);
    3. enter the amount you want to deposit to your account;
    4. choose the currency of the deposit (by now only USD is available);

    Click Add funds.

    Then you will be redirected to the CashU gateway to complete the transaction.



    Please note! The CashU payment system will charge you the fee for funds deposit: 5% + USD 0.35 (or 5% for deposit amounts equal to or less than USD 5.00). No minimum for deposits via CashU.


  4. If the deposit is completed successfully the funds will be instantly transferred to your account.

  5. If you submitted a deposit request but the funds were not transferred to your account, please use the Notice about payment. Click Notice About Payment → CashU in the main menu.



  6. Fill in the Notice about adding funds form, select the Transaction Date (the default value is the current date) and click Notice.



    Please note! To get the transaction ID, login your CashU account and look through the Payment History report.


  7. Your notice request will be submitted for review. After your request is processed you will receive a transfer confirmation notification, and the funds will be transferred into your account.


  8. Your notice request will be submitted for review. After your request is processed successfully the funds will be transferred to your FXOpen account.


  9. The current status of your notice or payment can be easily checked. Click My Accounts tab, choose the necessary account and pay attention to the Account summary operations information:
    • pending - your request is in progress;
    • succeed - your request is successfully completed;
    • rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.



  10. You can cancel deposit requests or notices about payment but only with the Pending status. Click Cancel to halt a request. The status will be changed to Rejected.

2. How to withdraw funds via CashU

Unfortunately CashU withdrawals are currently not available. If you fund your FXOpen account via CashU, you can use any available payment option to withdraw. Learn more about available payment options.
