Competition Organization Peculiarities
- Any Competition is to be deleted if by the end of the registration period if the number of registered participants is less than the minimum number of participants set for this competition.
- A Trading Room of a Level 2 competition is considered ‘valid’ if at least two traders competing against each other have joined it. The Trading Room will be deleted automatically, if fewer than two traders have joined it by the end of registration. In this case, the entry Fee is returned to the only registered member.
- A trader may take part in several level 1 competitions simultaneously, but in one Trading Room only in each competition. The number of level 1 competitions available for a trader to take part in simultaneously is not limited.
- A trader may take part in several Trading Rooms of one and the same level 2 competition. The number of level 2 competitions available for a trader to take part in simultaneously is not limited as well as the number of Trading Rooms in one competition.
- The creator of a competition may invite other traders to join the Trading Rooms of the competition. Any trader from the Members list may be invited.
- The creator of a Trading Room in a level 2 competition may invite other traders to join it. Any trader from the Members list on the Competitions tab may be invited, but a higher priority should be given to traders who are already listed as ‘willing to participate’ (their names are highlighted yellow in the list of Members).
- A trader may delete the Trading Room he has created whenever he wishes before the end of registration, if none of the invited traders have confirmed their participation and paid the entry Fee.
- A trader may change the parameters of the Trading Room he has created and the list of invited traders, but he cannot remove traders having the Player status who have confirmed their participation and paid the entry Fee.
- Private Trading Room - a Trading Room, that can only be viewed by traders who have been invited to join the competition. Public Trading Room – a Trading Room that can be viewed and joined by everyone (provided that there are vacancies).
- After a competition is finished all open orders are closed automatically. No penalties are stipulated for traders who have not closed open positions before a competition is over. But we strongly recommend you to close your open positions in time to avoid losses.
- Traders are not entitled for the bonus if their demo account balance at the end of a competition is less than the initial balance even if their resulting balance is the highest among the participants of the competition.
- The system administrator may dismiss (or suspend) a participant for violating the competition rules and conditions established by the current document.
 | Remember that the Player status is given to traders only after the entry Fee has been withdrawn from their account. The status of traders who confirmed their participation in a competition (by clicking the , or buttons) as well as the ones confirmed the entry Fee withdrawal confirmation request will remain Member until the entry Fee withdrawal process is completed successfully. |
