Skrill is an international electronic payment system available to any Internet user over 18 with a registered e-mail. Skrill is the rebranded Moneybookers sytem that can offer its clients massively enhanced payment facilities. Activities on the system are regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority and performed strictly according to the Law.

The Skrill/Moneybookers payment system is a secure and flexible instrument for making payments and doing international business in the Internet regardless of a customer’s location.
By its nature the system is an electronic multicurrency purse for handling payments and keeping money, for deposits and funds withdrawals from variable sites, and payments for various online services.
The Skrill account supports nearly 40 currencies and offers a wide local network of more than 60 funding options such as bank transfer, credit and debit cards and many more.

1. How to deposit funds via Skrill
Please, take the following steps to increase the balance of your eWallet or trading accounts via the Skrill/Moneybookers payment system:
- Log in to My FXOpen area.
- Click Add funds →Moneybookers in the main menu.
- Fill in the form below:
- choose your account (eWallet number or Trading account) in the drop-down list;
- choose the currency wallet (by now only USD is available);
- enter the amount you want to deposit to your account;
- choose the currency of the deposit (by now only USD is available);
- enter your е-mail registered with Skrill/Moneybookers to log in to your account or put unregistered electronic address to open your Skrill account.
Click Continue.

Please note! The Skrill payment system will charge you a fee for funds deposits. Minimum for deposits via Skrill/Moneybookers — USD 1.00.

How to sign up for Skrill (Moneybookers)
Please, enter your first name, surname, date of birth and the е-mail, which will be saved in the
Skrill system as your login.
Click
Confirm and Continue.
Choose the unique password that is not used for any other internet accounts. Enter the password and confirm it in the field below. Please, check the checkbox
I accept Moneybookers Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy after having read the mentioned documents.
Click
Confirm and Pay.
You will be provided all the necessary bank requisites for making a wire transfer. All the transactions must originate from a bank account held in your name. Once the bank transfer is received by
Skrill, the money will be credited to your
Skrill/Moneybookers ewallet and then immediately sent to your
FXOpen account.
You may log in to
My account on the
Skrill homepage for the account settings adjustment and other upload funds options.
- If you have entered the registered e-mail with Skrill/Moneybookers, you will be able to log in to your account. Please, enter your credentials, security number and click Login.

Note! If there are sufficient funds on your Skrill/Moneybookers ewallet, the payment will be automatically performed. In case the deposit is completed successfully, it will be added to your eWallet or indicated trading account instantly in a few seconds. Otherwise, you will be offered alternative payment methods.

- Choose a payment method:
- the credit/debit card registered with the system;
- a new credit/debit card;
- bank transfer. Using a wire transfer service, please make a deposit to the proposed Skrill/Moneybookers account. Once the funds are successfully transferred, your FXOpen account balance will be immediately increased. Deposits via bank transfer can be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Skrill site → Upload funds. You will be redirected to the system site where you may choose a payment method that suits your requirements most of all. After having funded your Skrill ewallet, please return to My FXOpen to complete your deposit to the chosen FXOpen account.
You can add a credit/debit card as a payment method. When next time you log in to your Skrill account, the system will reproduce all the saved cards data.
Click Confirm to complete the payment.
To halt the deposit click cancel.
- If your deposit is completed successfully the funds will be instantly transferred to your account.
- If you submitted a deposit request but the funds were not transferred to your account, please use the Notice about payment. Click Notice About Payment → Moneybookers in the main menu.
- Fill in the Notice about adding Funds form. You can change the Transaction Date (the default value is the current date). Then click Notice.
- Your notice request will be submitted for review. After your request is processed you will receive a transfer confirmation notification, and the funds will be transferred to your account.
- The current status of your notice or payment can be easily checked. Click My Accounts tab, choose your account number and pay attention to the Account summary operations information:
- pending - your request is in progress;
- succeed - your request is successfully completed;
- rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click
to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.
- You can cancel deposit requests or notices about payment but only with the Pending status. Click Cancel to halt a request. The status will be changed to Rejected.

2. How to withdraw funds via Skrill/Moneybookers
Only verified account owners are able to request withdrawals and internal transfers from their accounts. First follow the verification procedure if your eWallet status is Not approved.
Be aware that at the moment you can withdraw funds only using your eWallet.
Please take the following steps to withdraw funds via Skrill/Moneybookers:
- Login to My FXOpen area.
- Click Withdraw funds → Moneybookers in the main menu.
- Fill in the form below:
- choose your eWallet (number) in the drop-down list;
- choose the currency wallet from which the withdrawal will be performed (by now only USD is available);
- put the value of the sum you want to withdraw to your WebMoney account;
- indicate the currency of the withdrawal (by now only USD is available)
- enter your e-mail registered with Skrill/Moneybookers;
- put the eWallet PIN code.
Click Withdrawal.

Please note! 1-%-fee is deducted for withdrawals via the Skrill system. Minimum withdrawal amount — USD 1.00. |
- A confirmation message from noreply@fxopen.com will be sent to your e-mail, indicated when opening the account. Please click the link in it and your request will be placed in the withdrawal process queue (before clicking the confirmation link, your request status will be Pending).
- When the link is confirmed, the following message will appear (Action Confirmation). The status of your withdrawal request will be changed to Pending Confirmed.
- After successful review of the withdrawal request by the FXOpen Finance department the requested funds will be sent to your Skrill/Moneybookers e-wallet. The status of your request will be changed to Succeed.
- If your withdrawal request was not processed, please check your withdrawal request status in the My Accounts tab. Perhaps, it is still in progress (the Pending status) or was rejected by the Operator (the Rejected status). Click
in the Account Summary Operations Information report to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.
- To avoid the rejections your withdrawal request must meet the following requirements:
- You can cancel withdrawal requests, but only requests with the Pending status can be cancelled. Click Cancel to halt a request. The request status will be changed to Rejected.
