Payoneer Payment System

Payoneer deals with distribution, control and management of Payoneer Prepaid Debit Cards. Its business partner, Choice Bank Limited, is responsible for card issuing. Being a leader in the sphere of prepaid financial solutions for interactive applications, Payoneer has sub-offices in New York and Tel-Aviv.

Login to My FXOpen area.





Click Debit Card→Request Debit Card in the main menu.





Please note! You may request a Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card only if your FXOpen account is “Verified”. The Verification procedure details.





3. Select the card delivery option:

• regular mail – (fee – 30.00 USD). A reduced shipment fee is available for the Customers whose FXOpen account balance exceeds USD 3000.00 at the time of the approval process by Payoneer. Shipment by regular mail is free of charge;
• expedited mail – (fee – 75.00 USD). A reduced shipment fee (USD 45.00) is available for the Customers whose FXOpen account balance exceeds USD 3000.00 at the time of the approval process by Payoneer.





Enter the PIN-code of your FXOpen trading account and click Request.







A confirmation message from noreply@fxopen.com will be sent to your e-mail indicated when opening the trading account. Pleaseclick the link in it to confirm your request for a debit card.





Your request will be placed in the queue in order to be approved by FXOpen back-office department. The request approval by FXOpen Finance department should not take more than 24 hours, then the shipment fee amount is withdrawn from your trading account.







After the request has been approved a confirmation message from noreply@fxopen.com will be sent to your e-mail. Please click the link in it to be redirected to My FXOpen area.





On page Debit Card→Request Debit Card the Request FXOpen Prepaid Card form will appear indicating the selected delivery method of the debit card (regular or expedited mail).







Put the PIN-code of your FXOpen trading account and click Request. Then you will be redirected to the Payoneer card ordering gateway.





Click Get your prepaid MasterCard card Now!







Fill in the form:


• Cardholder Details :



• Account information:



• Registration verification:








Read and agree to the Electronic Disclosures, Card Usage Fees and Terms and Conditions of the Payoneer system.







Click Finish.





Then you will see a confirmation message. In several seconds you will be automatically redirected to My FXOpen area.







Your current Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® request status is:


• Activity ― Inactive;
• Issue ― Not Issued;
• Approval ― Pending Approval.










After your card request has been reviewed and approved by the Payoneer Team you will get a confirmation message to your electronic address (Your Prepaid Debit card order has been approved!).





The status of your Payoneer Prepaid Debit card® will change to:


• Activity― Active;
• Issue ― Card Issued;
• Approval ― Not Activated. After successful request approval your Payoneer Prepaid Debit card will be shipped to your postal address. It can take up to 10 business days to receive the FXOpen Prepaid Debit card within the U.S. and up to 25 business days for delivery outside of the U.S.








Please note! In some cases Payoneer may reject card requests. This has to do with Payoneer security standards and is beyond FXOpen’s control. If your card request is rejected by Payoneer, please contact support@payoneer.com for details.

Click Activate your card on the Payoneer homepage.







Login to My Account in the Payoneer system. Please use the User name and Password that you have chosen during card registration process (Account Information form).







Put your Prepaid card number, enter and re-enter a new PIN-code.





Read the Terms and Conditions and confirm them by selecting the checkbox.





Click Activate.





A confirmation message (Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card has now been activated) will be sent to your e-mail.



Please note! Payoneer may charge fees for payment loading, ATM withdrawals and other transactions. For details please check the Fees and Pricing section on the Payoneer website.

Login to My FXOpen area.





Click Withdraw funds→Debit Card.





Put the value of the sum you want to withdraw, the PIN-code of your trading account and click Withdrawal.





Please note! Payoneer will charge you with some additional fees for withdrawals Minimum withdrawal amount via Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card — USD 20.00.





A confirmation message from noreply@fxopen.com will be sent to your e-mail, indicated when opening the trading account. Please click the link in it and your request will be placed in the withdrawal process queue (before clicking the confirmation link, your request status will be False Pending).





When the link is confirmed, the following message will appear (Action Confirmation). The status of your withdrawal request will be changed to True Pending.







After successful review of the withdrawal request by the FXOpen Finance department the required funds will be sent to your Payoneer account. The status of your request will be changed to Succeed.





If your withdrawal request was not processed, please check your withdrawal request status in the History→ Withdrawal menu. Perhaps it is still in progress (the Pending status) or was rejected by the Operator (the Rejected status). Click Details in the Personal Documents tab to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.







To avoid the rejections your withdrawal request must meet the following requirements:

• withdrawals can only be made to those payment systems which were used to fund your account. How to withdraw funds when several payment systems were used for deposits;
• keep sufficient funds in the account (if there are any open positions in the account, the withdrawal amount can not exceed the Free Margin value);
• when withdrawing bonuses, special limitations and requirements apply, please, see details on the Our Promotions page.





Please note! Some limitations may apply to the Payoneer card withdrawals depending on the deposit option you used to fund your account: Bank wire deposits: withdrawals to the Payoneer cards are available; E-currency deposits (Webmoney, C-Gold): withdraw the amount of your deposit back to the e-currency payment system, then withdraw the rest (profit or bonuses) to the Payoneer card;. Moneybookers deposits: withdrawals to Payoneer are not available;





You can cancel withdrawal requests in the Personal Documents tab. Only requests with the Pending status can be cancelled. Click Cancel to halt a request. The request status will be changed to Rejected.







Please note! Withdrawals via Payoneer can be processed within 24-48 hours.
