WebMoney

WebMoney Transfer, a universal electronic payment system (WebMoney for short) has been in existence since 1998. It ensures online transfers among registered participants who have a unique user identifier (WMID).
Accounting units of the system are called WM-units. They are title signs equivalent to variable currencies kept in the purses of corresponding types: WMZ — US Dollars-equivalents (Z-type purse), WME — Euro-equivalents (E-type purse) etc. When transferring funds, purses of the same type may only be used. The exchange of title signs of different types is performed through exchange services. All the payments made via the system are immediate and irrevocable. WebMoney supplies free instruments for operation with the system and for making payments: Keeper Classic, Keeper Light web-application, WM Keeper Mobile and Keeper Mini site.

1.How to deposit funds via WebMoney

Please take the following steps to increase the balance of your eWallet or trading accounts via the WebMoney payment system:

  1. Login to My FXOpen area.


  2. Click Add funds →WebMoney in the main menu.



  3. Fill in the form below:
    1. choose your account (eWallet number or Trading account) in the drop-down list;
    2. choose the currency wallet (by now only USD is available);
    3. choose the type of the WebMoney purse (by now only WMZ is available);
    4. enter the amount you want to deposit to your account;

    Click Add funds.
    Then you will be redirected to WebMoney→Wmtransfer page. Please complete the transaction.



    Please note! The Webmomey payment system will charge you a fee for funds deposits. No minimum for WebMoney deposit.


  4. If the deposit is completed successfully the funds will be instantly transferred to your account.

  5. If you submitted a deposit request but the funds were not transferred to your account, please, use the Notice about payment option. Click Notice About Payment → WebMoney in the main menu.



  6. Choose the account number in the drop-down list, the currency of the deposit (USD), the deposit amount, your WebMoney purse number and its type (WMZ), and indicate the security code.
    • A security code field is obligatory only if you assigned the code when transferring the funds from a WebMoney account. Such payment can be accepted by a receiver who knows the security code.

    Then click Notice .



  7. Your notice request will be submitted for review. After your request is processed successfully the funds will be transferred to your FXOpen account.


  8. The current status of your notice or payment can be easily checked. Click My Accounts tab, choose your account number and pay attention to the Account summary operations information:
    • pending - your request is in progress;
    • succeed - your request is successfully completed;
    • rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.



  9. You can cancel deposit requests or notices about payment but only with the Pending status. Click Cancel to halt a request. The status will be changed to Rejected.

2. How to withdraw funds via WebMoney

Only verified account owners are able to request withdrawals and internal transfers from their accounts. First follow the verification procedure if your eWallet status is Not approved.

Be aware that at the moment you can directly withdraw funds only using your eWallet. If necessary, please transfer funds from your trading account to the eWallet first.

Please take the following steps to withdraw funds via WebMoney:
  1. Login to My FXOpen area.


  2. Click Withdraw funds →WebMoney.



  3. Fill in the form below:
    1. choose your eWallet (number) in the drop-down list;
    2. choose the currency wallet from which the withdrawal will be performed (by now only USD is available);
    3. choose the type of the WebMoney purse (by now only WMZ is available);
    4. put the value of the sum you want to withdraw to your WebMoney account;
    5. enter your WebMoney purse number;
    6. put the eWallet PIN code.

    Click Withdrawal.



    Please note! No fee is deducted for withdrawals via the WebMoney system.
    Minimum withdrawal amount is — USD 1.00.


  4. A confirmation message from will be sent to the e-mail, that you used to register your FXOpen eWallet. Please click the link in it and your request will be placed in the withdrawal process queue (before clicking the confirmation link, your request status will be Pending).


  5. When confirmed, the following message will appear (Action Confirmation). The status of your withdrawal request will be changed to Pending Confirmed.




  6. After successful review of the withdrawal request by the FXOpen' Finance department the requested funds will be sent to your WebMoney electronic purse. The status of your request will be changed to Succeed.


  7. If your withdrawal request was not processed, please check your withdrawal request status in the My Accounts tab. Perhaps, it is still in progress (the Pending status) or was rejected by the Operator (the Rejected status). Click in the Account Summary Operations Information report to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.



  8. To avoid the rejections your withdrawal request must meet the following requirements:


  9. You can cancel withdrawal requests, but only requests with the Pending status can be cancelled. Click Cancel to halt a request. The request status will be changed to Rejected.

    Please note! Withdrawals via WebMoney can be processed within 24-48 hours.
