Wire Transfer

Wire Transfer is one of universal forms of payments. This is a noncash currency transfer from one bank account to another: transfers between personal accounts or between company accounts and personal accounts within the bank, or between accounts in different banks.
FXOpen does not accept wire deposits to Client's accounts from any third party bank accounts and does not process withdrawals from Client's account to any third party bank accounts. The holder's name in the bank account, from/to which deposits and withdrawals are made, must match the name used to register an FXOpen eWallet.

1. How to deposit funds via Wire Transfer

Please take the following steps to increase the balance of your eWallet via Wire Transfer service:

  1. Login to My FXOpen area.


  2. Click Add funds →Wire Transfer in the main menu.



  3. Put the value of the sum you want to add to your eWallet, select the deposit currency (USD) and your bank country. Then click Next.



    Please note! Your bank can charge you with a fee for Wire Transfer.
    Minimum for deposits via Wire transferUSD 25.00.


  4. Once you click Next you will get the generated Invoice including your name, your account number, Beneficiary’s name, Beneficiary’s address, Beneficiary’s account, Beneficiary’s bank, the bank address and its SWIFT code.
    Click Download to save the invoice and Printable view to view it before printing.
    Click Previous to return to the previous page.



  5. You can delete the invoice by clicking Delete in the Notice About Payment → Wire Transfer.

    Please note! The invoice is valid during 3 business days!




  6. Make a payment via Wire Transfer according to the invoice details (from your bank or by using an Internet banking service).


  7. Choose the paid invoice in the Notice About Payment → Wire Transfer menu and click Notify.



    Please note! Deposits via Wire Transfer can be processed within 3-5 business days.


  8. Your notice request will be submitted for review. After your request is processed you will receive a transfer confirmation notification and the funds will be transferred to your eWallet.


  9. The current status of your notice or payment can be easily checked. Click My Accounts tab and pay attention to the Account summary operations information:
    • pending - your request is in progress;
    • succeed - your request is successfully completed;
    • rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.



  10. You can cancel deposit requests or notices about payment but only with the Pending status. Click Cancel to halt a request. The status will be changed to Rejected.



After you have deposited to your eWallet, you may transfer funds to any of your trading accounts.

2. How to withdraw funds via Wire Transfer

Only verified account owners are able to request withdrawals and internal transfers from their accounts. First follow the verification procedure if your eWallet status is Not approved.

You can withdraw funds only from your eWallet. If necessary, please transfer funds from your trading account to the eWallet first.

Please take the following steps to withdraw funds from your eWallet via Wire Transfer:
  1. Login to My FXOpen area.


  2. Click Withdraw funds → Wire Transfer in the main menu.



  3. Put your Beneficiary name, the value of the sum you want to withdraw, choose the currency of the withdrawal (USD) and your bank country from the drop-down list. Enter the PIN-code of your eWallet and click Next.



  4. Please note! 30-USD-fee is deducted for withdrawals via Wire Transfer irrespective of the withdrawal amount. Minimum withdrawal amount is — USD 100.00.


  5. Please put the digit (alpha-numeric) combination to check SWIFT/ABA code or IBAN of the bank. Click Check.



  6. Check the Wire Transfer payment details and click Next. To return to the previous page click Previous.



  7. Confirm the entered information and accept all the charges by selecting the checkbox.



  8. Click




  9. A confirmation message from will be sent to your e-mail, indicated when opening the trading account. Please, click the link in it and your request will be placed in the withdrawal process queue (before clicking the confirmation link, your request status will be Pending).


  10. When the link is confirmed, the following message will appear (Action Confirmation). The status of your withdrawal request will be changed to Pending Confirmed.



  11. After successful review of the withdrawal request by the FXOpen Finance department the required funds will be sent to your bank account. The status of your request will be changed to Succeed.


  12. If your withdrawal request was not processed, please check your withdrawal request status in the My Accounts tab. Perhaps, it is still in progress (the Pending status) or was rejected by the Operator (the Rejected status). Click in the Account Summary Operations Information report to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.



  13. To avoid the rejections your withdrawal request must meet the following requirements:


  14. You can cancel withdrawal requests, but only requests with the Pending status can be cancelled. Click Cancel to halt a request. The request status will be changed to Rejected.
