1. How can I withdraw my money?
Please see Deposit Withdrawal page for all the options. If you used multiple payment options to fund your account, you can withdraw the amount that came from each of the systems back to this system and withdraw the profit via the system from which your largest deposit was made.

Example. You deposited $40 from Mneybooker, $100 from Alert Pay and $300 from Web Money. You can withdraw $40 back to Moneybooker, $100 back to Alert Pay and $300 back to Webmoney. You can also withdraw your profit via Web Money.

Note! You must use the same payment system to deposit and withdraw money from your account.

    After that, the withdrawal status will change to True Pending, and the FXOpen Finance Department will receive your funds withdrawal request.

  • Rejected - the funds withdrawal request is rejected. The reason is specified in column Details/Comment. The most common reasons are: the use of different payment systems for the deposit and withdrawal from the account; insufficient funds in the account; bonuses are withdrawable once the trade volume exceeds 10 Standard lots or 100 Micro lots.

7. I used several deposit options to fund my account and made profit. How can I withdraw?
If you used several options to deposit and made profit, you can withdraw in parts: the deposit amount received from each of the payment systems must be withdrawn back to these systems.

Profit can be withdrawn to the payment system from which the largest deposit was made.

Example.
Deposits:
  • $50 Moneybookers;
  • $40 Webmoney;
  • $200 CashU;
  • Profit from trading - $100.
Withdrawals:
  • $50 Moneybookers;
  • $40 Webmoney;
  • $300 CashU ($200 CashU deposit + $100 profit. Profit is withdrawn to CashU as the deposit via this option was the largest).

8. I used several deposit options to fund my account and I lost. How can I withdraw the remaining money?
The remaining money can be withdrawn in parts, in percentage to the deposits that were made from each of the systems.

Example.
Deposits:
  • $500 CashU;
  • $300 Perfect Money;
  • $200 Moneybookers.

(The total: $1000 or 100%, so, CashU deposit makes up 50%, Perfect Money deposit – 30%, Moneybookers deposit – 20%). The trader loses $700 and wants to withdraw the remaining $300.

Withdrawals:
  • $150 CashU (50% from $300);
  • $90 Perfect Money (30% from $300);
  • $60 Moneybookers (20% from $300).

Please, note! If you used several options to deposit and one of them was bank wire transfer, you must withdraw the money that came from electronic payment systems (WebMoney, CashU, Monebookers, etc.) back to these systems. Only after that you can withdraw by bank wire.

Please, note! If you used several options to deposit (including internal transfer from another FXOpen account) and one of them was local deposit, you should contact FXOpen representative in your country, to check if you can use "local withdrawal". Local withdrawal rules may vary from country to country, but in most cases, if you want to use local withdrawal, you should fund your account via the local deposit option only. Using mixed deposit options will disqualify you from using local withdrawal.

9. I funded my account using one payment option, then lost the deposit completely, re-deposited from another payment option and made profit. How can I withdraw?
If you funded your account using one payment option, then lost the deposit completely, re-deposited from another payment option and made profit, you can withdraw the deposit and profit via the last used payment option.

Example.
A client deposits $100 using CashU, loses this deposit (his account balance is $0 or near so), then makes the second deposit ($300 via Webmoney) and makes some profit. In this case the client can withdraw everything to Webmoney.
